A day with us

A predictable rhythm, every day

Young children do their bravest learning inside a predictable rhythm. Here is our actual schedule — not a brochure version. The rhythm holds for everyone; the activities inside it are adjusted by age, so an infant’s day and a four-year-old’s day each fit just right.

Meals

Breakfast and snacks on us; lunch from home

Breakfast and two snacks are prepared here and included at no extra cost. Families pack a lunch from home in a labeled lunchbox — we all eat together.

Tell us about allergies and dietary needs before your child starts. We keep a list of children’s allergies posted and plan our snacks around them.

For our infants, feeding follows your lead — send bottles and baby food from home, and Khalida keeps you informed of exactly what was eaten as you work through weaning and first solids together.

The calendar

Open year-round, on purpose

We run a year-round program — no long summer gap to bridge. We close for major national holidays, the Wednesday through Friday of Thanksgiving week, two weeks in winter, and two weeks in summer. Closure dates are published in advance each year, so families can plan around them from day one.

Schedules we offer

  • Full day: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Mornings: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
  • Afternoons: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Staying connected

You will know how the day went

Photos and updates go to parents throughout the day — what your child ate, how they napped, what they built or painted. For infants, that includes diapers and feeding in detail. Ask our current families about the pictures; it is the feature they mention first.
